Emergency Detection
At the press of a button, the SHRAVANAA pendant sends an instant alert to the SHRAVANAA system. Auto fall detection will also be enabled in later versions of the product.

Instant Notification & RESPONSE
Alerts are sent to the Account Managers, First Responders and Wellness Checkers, notifying them of the emergency. Real-time tracking of Wellness Checker who are responding to the alert can also be visualised

Smart Lock Activation
A unique one-time access code is generated, allowing wellness checkers to enter the home securely.

Addressing the Emergency
The CPR trained wellness checker inspects the elderly person and aims to stabilize them. If need be, ambulance services can be called upon and Wellness Checker ensures that your loved one is taken care of.
