Returns: Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@shravanaa.com
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
Delivery: The device will be delivered at your Shipping Address in 15 days. Onboarding of the actual user within 3 to 5 working days.
Shipping Rates: Shipping is provided free within India.
International Shipping: We are not providing International Shipping at present.
You agree that Your use of the Website and Services is at Your sole and exclusive risk and that any Services provided by Us are on an "As Is" basis. The Owner hereby expressly disclaims any and all express or implied warranties of any kind. The Owner makes no warranties that the Website or Services will meet Your needs or that the Website or Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Language: All communications made or notices given pursuant to these Terms of Service shall be in the English language.
Jurisdiction & Governing Law: The laws of India shall govern any matter or dispute relating to these Terms of Service. The Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Karnataka, India.
